Tice Valley Post Acute is seeking compassionate and motivated Certified Occupational Therapist Assistants (COTAs) to join our in-house rehabilitation team. Responsibilities
Provide occupational therapy treatments under the direction of an Occupational Therapist
Help residents improve activities of daily living and functional independence
Collaborate with nursing staff and interdisciplinary rehabilitation team members
Educate residents, families, and caregivers on therapeutic strategies
Monitor resident progress and communicate updates to the supervising OT
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Assist with discharge planning and continuity of care
Qualifications
Current California COTA license in good standing
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Commitment to compassionate, resident-centered care
Positive and team-oriented attitude
