Project Manager / Scrum Master

How you succeed
To succeed in this role, you'll need to be a servant-leader who empowers teams to take ownership of their work. You'll facilitate collaboration, remove impediments, and help teams improve their processes and practices. You'll also need to be adaptable, resilient, and able to navigate complex stakeholder relationships.
What you do
- Execution and Delivery of complex Order Management & Execution projects in wealth platform
- Collaborate across several IT and business team to ensure your project objectives are met.
- Facilitate Squad cadences for Agile squads. Coach teams on Agile principles and Scrum practices
- Remove impediments and help teams resolve conflicts
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication
- Analyze and improve team processes and practices
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
- Weekly / Monthly performing reporting for squads and teams.
Who you are
- A degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
- At least 12 years of experience as a Project Manager in a related role
- Strong working knowledge of Agile principles and Scrum practices
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and coaching skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
