Salary: $125,000 - $135,000 annually

Cooney Healthcare & Rehabilitation is seeking an exceptional Director of Nursing to lead our nursing services operation and drive a culture centered on clinical excellence, accountability, resident satisfaction, and team development.

What You'll Do
- Provide strategic oversight of all nursing operations
- Lead, coach, and develop nursing management and frontline staff
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
- Drive quality improvement initiatives and clinical outcomes
- Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and resident-centered care
- Partner with interdisciplinary teams to enhance resident experiences
- Build and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, physicians, and staff
What We're Looking For
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Previous nursing leadership experience in skilled nursing or long-term care
- Strong regulatory and survey knowledge
- Exceptional leadership and team-building skills
- Proven ability to improve clinical outcomes and staff engagement
