We are looking for a passionate, focused and experienced House Manager to join our team at Malborn and Teroan House.
You will be working full time, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Please note this role does carry the responsibility of on-call duties as and when required in support of the Service.

Cygnet Malborn and Teroan House:
Malborn and Teroan are both three-bed community rehabilitation (level 1) services for men who have been able to progress through the hospital pathway at rehabilitation and recovery hospitals. We offer a safe, comfortable and homely setting as part of the pathway from inpatient stay to independent living.
Your Day-to-Day…
- Provide strong & effective leadership
- Be responsible for the overall running & strategic direction of the service
- Ensure full compliance with Cygnet policies & procedures, CQC & other relevant regulators
- Deliver a high-quality service, in respect of both patient care & employee engagement
- Ensure all clinical, budgetary, regulatory & service development targets are met
- Implement risk assessment, risk management & embed clinical governance
- Lead on appropriate investigations as required
- Review & develop potential opportunities for improved quality & commercial growth.
You are…
- Experienced in managing & leading a team
- A role model & team player who can lead by example, inspire & develop others
- Capable of managing performance effectively & using your own initiative
- Experienced in working to CQC guidelines, relevant legislation & professional regulations
- Able to undertake investigations & to manage complaints confidently & appropriately.
