We are seeking an accomplished leader to join our site leadership team and lead a large, customer-facing operations organisation supporting one of our most strategic customer environments. The successful candidate will play a critical role in the continued evolution of our service business, leading a large organisation through a team of experienced leaders while helping position the site for future growth, scalability, and operational excellence.
This role offers significant visibility across the business and provides the opportunity to influence site strategy, drive organisational transformation, and contribute to the long-term success of both the customer and Applied Materials.

What You'll Do
As a member of the Site Leadership Team, you will provide strategic and operational leadership to a large organisation responsible for the delivery of critical service and support operations.
You will:
- Lead a large, multi-layered organisation through a team of managers and senior leaders.
- Drive operational performance, customer satisfaction, and service excellence across the site.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, serving as a trusted partner and ensuring successful delivery against evolving service commitments.
- Lead organisational transformation as the business continues its evolution toward a more service-centric operating model.
- Drive alignment, accountability, and collaboration across a highly experienced leadership team.
- Develop and coach leaders, strengthening organisational capability, leadership effectiveness, and overall performance.
- Identify and implement opportunities to improve operational efficiency, workforce effectiveness, and customer outcomes.
- Partner with regional and global leaders to execute strategic priorities and long-term business objectives.
- Use data, insights, and performance metrics to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
- Champion the highest standards of safety, quality, integrity, and operational discipline.

## Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
- Typically 15+ years of relevant leadership experience.
- Experience leading managers and leaders within customer-facing operational environments preferred.
- Experience within semiconductor, advanced manufacturing, engineering services, or similar complex operational environments is advantageous.

Salary Range:
€120,000.00 - €165,000.00
The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.
For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
