Job Description

As a Security Officer Full Time Driver Patrol Compliance in Philadelphia, PA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a retail and mall location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and provide exceptional customer service to visitors, tenants, and staff. This driving position requires a valid driver’s license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. You will communicate clearly, respond to security-related concerns, and represent Allied Universal’s agile, reliable, innovative, caring, and integrity-driven culture.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants, shoppers, visitors, and staff while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of retail common areas, storefronts, parking areas, and the surrounding perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity or property concerns.
• Respond to incidents, customer concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate personnel and document activities as required.
• Monitor access points and observe pedestrian and vehicle traffic in accordance with site procedures.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports of incidents, patrol observations, and security-related activities.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
