Description
We’re seeking an experienced Project Manager (NIGHTS) in Mechanical Construction for a major mechanical construction project in Fargo. This role offers the opportunity to lead work on a fast-paced project with the potential for future expansion into additional phases.
What You'll be Doing:
- Lead mechanical construction projects from planning through closeout
- Manage budgets, schedules, subcontractors, procurement, and labor forecasting
- Coordinate closely with field leadership, fabrication teams, and ownership groups
- Oversee RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project reporting
- Ensure quality, safety, and commissioning standards are achieved
- Communicate directly with clients, stakeholders, and internal leadership teams
- Drive project execution in a fast-track mission-critical environment
Who We're Looking For:
- Proven experience managing mechanical construction projects
- Strong scheduling, budgeting, and forecasting abilities
- Ability to lead teams in fast-paced construction environments
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Strong understanding of HVAC, piping, and mission-critical systems preferred
