Key Responsibilities
1. Partnership Business Planning & Performance Management
- Developing annual and medium‑term partnership business plans, including targets, initiatives, and performance milestones.
- Monitor partnership performance against agreed KPIs (e.g. sales, productivity, campaign effectiveness) and provide regular performance analysis, insights, and recommendations.
- Prepare management dashboards, performance reports, and business updates for internal stakeholders and partners.
2. Partner Coordination & Relationship Support
- Act as a key coordination point between internal teams (Sales, Operations, Product, Finance, Actuarial, Legal, Compliance, IT) and external partners.
- Day‑to‑day partner engagement, follow‑ups, issue tracking, and action closure.
- Ensure partner requests, initiatives, and escalations are managed in a timely and structured manner.
3. Project & Initiative Execution
- Support the design and execution of partnership initiatives including product launches, campaigns, operation efficiency, process improvements, and new business models.
- Coordinate end‑to‑end implementation activities, ensuring alignment across functions and adherence to agreed timelines.
- Track project progress, risks, and dependencies, escalating issues proactively
4. Business Analysis & Financial Support
- Conduct business analysis, financial projections, and scenario assessments to support partnership proposals and decision‑making.
- Assist in preparing financial models, PARs, and approval documents for local management and regional / group governance where required.
- Identify opportunities to improve commercial performance, efficiency, and partner profitability.
5. Governance, Controls & Compliance
- Ensure partnership activities comply with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and governance standards.
- Support documentation for audits, internal reviews, and management assurance activities.
- Maintain structured records of partnership agreements, initiatives, and approvals in line with company requirements.
6. Management Support
- Act as the trusted working‑level partner, providing timely data, analysis, and recommendations.
- Take ownership of assigned workstreams and represent the partnership team in meetings when delegated.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of partnership management processes, tools, and ways of working.
