engineering methodology forward, including methodology development and
trainings. Active rollout of end-to-end solutions to enable
traceability from product ideation throughout the complete product development Support world-wide expert users and provide guidance
to development projects in using the methods and tools Conduct regular stakeholder management in the whole
company to understand the user needs Write technical documentation for end-to-end
methodology Conduct trainings, support expert users and provide
guidance to development projects in using the methods and tools Track and resolve dependencies on critical IT
interfaces to maintain system integrity Coordinate
tool releases, manage cross-functional dependencies, and support data-driven
business cases Enable state-of-the-art Requirements Engineering
methods and tools for new organizations and use-cases (e.g. IP reuse,
technology development, quality management) Extend our company-wide Requirements Management /
Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) solution towards platform management Your profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed 6+ years of experience in Product definition and/or
Chip development Strong understanding of Chip development, Product
definition, Requirements Engineering Exposure to semiconductor or hardware development
lifecycles Understanding of Test Management
and component verification methodologies is a plus Experience in
creating comprehensive documentation and training materials Experience in
driving adoption of new tools/methods in complex engineering environments Experience in
developing and rolling out production definition engineering methods and tools is
a plus Ability to
manage cross-functional dependencies and supporting data-driven business cases Strong
stakeholder management and communication skills to enable new users and support
expert users Experience in
coordinating with IT teams to resolve dependencies and maintain system
integrity Good knowledge
of functional safety standards (ISO26262) Exposure to Unix/ Linux Platforms Preferably having working knowledge in Python and AI Very good analytical skills required to evaluate
complex situations Work alongside other engineers on the team globally to
elevate technology and consistently apply best practices Ability to empathise with different types of teams to
quickly understand problem and create appropriate solutions Willing to dive into new things and pick them up fast Experience in development, verification engineering,
test or product engineering, or quality management in semiconductor or
automotive industry Good moderation skills, guiding discussions to a
