· Research and advise on trends in children's media, streaming platforms, and viewing habits to inform department strategy;

· Oversee all technical and logistical aspects of post-production, coordinating internal staff and external vendors (audio description, captioning, dubbing, technical evaluation, finishing, and delivery) to ensure on-time, on-spec delivery;

· Maintain the department's media library and production tracking systems (e.g., Airtable, shared drives), ensuring show masters, source files, and rights/airdate records are accurate and current;

· Serve as department lead on media asset management initiatives, coordinating with internal IT on technology needs and long-term workflow planning;

· Coordinate content releases and promotional campaigns spanning broadcast, YouTube, streaming and social platforms;

· Guide social and audience engagement strategy with internal and external teams (e.g., PBS KIDS Social Team) on a regular basis;

· Monitor audience and platform performance metrics to inform future growth strategies;

· Manage production budgets and schedules, contracts, and other administrative processes;

· Prepare quarterly reports, presentations, and communications for funders and station leadership;

· Other relevant duties, as assigned.

Qualified candidates will possess excellent organizational, time-management, and communication skills as well as outstanding attention to detail, a proven track record of successful project management, and the ability to work independently and prioritize across concurrent projects and deadlines. Other qualifications include:
