Thrift Store Cashier

Chambliss Center for Children is looking for friendly, dependable Cashiers to join our team at one of our two thrift store locations. Our thrift stores help support programs that serve children and families in our community.

If you enjoy meeting people, staying busy, and working as part of a team, we’d love to hear from you!

Locations, Schedule & Pay

• Pay: $12 per hour
• Store Hours: Monday–Saturday: 10:00 AM–6:00 PM, Sunday: 1:00 PM–6:00 PM
• Schedules may vary based on the needs of the store.
• Locations: Brainerd & Red Bank Stores

What You'll Do

• Greet customers with a friendly attitude
• Run the cash register and handle customer payments
• Help keep merchandise neat and easy to shop
• Restock shelves and sales areas
• Help keep the store clean and organized
• Work with other team members to provide great customer service

What We're Looking For

• Friendly and helpful attitude
• Dependable and on time
• Good customer service skills
• Able to work well with others
• Able to handle basic cash and register tasks
• Must be able to pass a basic background check

Physical Requirements

• Stand and walk for long periods
• Bend, reach, and move around the store
• Lift and move light items
• Help move and organize merchandise
