The Role
As a Haematology & CAR T Integrated Healthcare Manager, you'll own the full commercial picture — from strategic account planning and sales execution to local market access. You'll be a trusted disease expert, a relationship builder, and a data-driven decision-maker, delivering a seamless omnichannel experience to the right HCPs at the right time.
Location: Field based covering South UK: London, Bristol, Southampton, Reading & surrounds
What You'll Do
- Drive sales & access — build and execute tailored strategic account plans to hit territory objectives
- Own your market — analyse the environment, identify barriers, and create pathway solutions with internal and external stakeholders
- Be the expert — bring deep clinical and CAR T knowledge to every customer interaction, face-to-face and virtually
- Think commercially — translate insights into payer value propositions and secure formulary access
- Lead with integrity — operate fully in line with ABPI standards and BMS values
What You'll Bring
Essential:
- Proven pharmaceutical sales and/or market access track record
- Strong Key Account Management experience
- Deep understanding of the UK/Ireland healthcare system
- Excellent analytical skills and commercial acumen
- Degree educated | ABPI qualified | Full UK driving licence
- Based on or near territory (South UK: London, Bristol, Southampton, Reading & surrounds)
A bonus if you have:
- Haematology / CAR T therapy experience
- Experience launching high-cost, low-volume oncology products
- Advanced consultative selling or negotiation skills
