About the Role

This role sits within our Growth & Omnichannel team within the Digital Marketing team, where you’ll help drive Reece’s organic growth engine. Own the day-to-day management of Reece's social media channels across multiple brands, including content scheduling, publishing, community engagement, and performance optimisation. Ensure a consistent, engaging social presence while adapting content for each platform and leveraging trends, insights, and best practices to drive audience growth and engagement.

Responsibilities include:

• Manage and grow Reece Group's social media presence across multiple brands and platforms.
• Plan, publish and optimise content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and emerging channels.
• Drive community engagement, monitor sentiment and manage issue escalation where required.
• Identify social trends, creators and content opportunities to improve reach, engagement and growth.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Merchandising, Digital and Content teams to deliver aligned campaigns and consistent messaging.
• Monitor, analyse and report on social performance, using insights to continuously optimise content and channel activity.
• Create and adapt social content that is engaging, platform-native and aligned with Reece brand standards.

About you

Does this sound like you?

• You love social and have at least 5 years’ experience in a social media, community or a content-focused role, ideally working across channels like Meta, YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok and Reddit.
• You bring hands on experience managing multiple organic and paid social media channels, ideally across consumer and/or trade audiences
• You’re confident using data to understand performance and turn reporting into practical insights
• You’re a clear communicator and natural storyteller, with the ability to build trusted relationships and bring people along on the journey.
• Able to write and adapt social copy across channels, tailoring tone, messaging and format to different audiences.
• You’re genuinely curious about social media, keeping close to trends, platform changes and new ways to connect with your audience

• Performance insights are regularly shared in an engaging manner, and used to inform content, channel and campaign optimisation.
