About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Client Manager, Strategic Accounts to lead one of Maersk’s most important customer relationships within a dynamic and globally connected environment.
In this role, you will serve as the primary commercial partner for a major strategic customer, developing long-term growth strategies, strengthening executive-level relationships, and identifying new opportunities across Maersk’s integrated logistics portfolio. You will work closely with cross-functional teams across commercial, operations, project logistics, warehousing, and product organizations to deliver value-driven solutions that support customer success and business growth.

Key Responsibilities
Own and execute the strategic growth plan for a large enterprise customer.
Develop and maintain trusted relationships with senior executives and key decision-makers.
Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities across Maersk’s integrated logistics portfolio.
Lead customer engagement plans, strategic business reviews, and executive discussions.
Collaborate with commercial, operations, product, project logistics, and warehousing teams to deliver customer solutions.
Drive customer retention, satisfaction, and long-term profitability.
Act as the customer's advocate within Maersk while aligning internal stakeholders around shared objectives.
Monitor customer performance and market trends to proactively identify growth opportunities.

You may be a great fit if you have:
8+ years of experience in strategic account management, enterprise sales, business development, or customer leadership roles.
Demonstrated success managing large, complex customer relationships with measurable commercial impact.
Strong executive presence and the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders.
Exceptional stakeholder management skills across global and matrixed organizations.
Experience developing growth strategies and expanding customer portfolios.
Strong commercial acumen with a customer-centric mindset.
Experience within logistics, supply chain, transportation, project logistics, industrial, energy, infrastructure, or related sectors.
Exposure to project logistics and warehousing solutions is highly desirable.

Salary: $180,000 – $220,000*
*The stated pay range is the anticipated starting salary and may be adjusted based on market conditions, experience, and location. Final compensation will be discussed directly with the selected candidate(s) in compliance with all applicable laws.
