BDC Associate - Call Center-Customer Service - Sunset Chevrolet

Sunset Automotive Group has an immediate openings for a motivated team member in our fast growing, established Business Development Center.  In this position, you will be responding to customers who contact us for information about purchasing a vehicle.  You will be connecting by phone, email, or online chat as well as making some outgoing calls and emails to set appointments for our sales team. 

Previous success in a BDC Center or a related position such as a Call Center-Inside Sales-Customer Service-Marketing-Lead Conversion is required.  Strong base plus commission pay structure gives plenty of stability with excellent earning potential.

BDC Associate Duties

As an Automotive BDC Representative, you will be directly responsible for monitoring and following up with potential customer leads received via internet, phone, and visits to the dealership.  Outstanding customer service skills are required. 

• Following and maintaining relationship with former customers
• Monitoring and contacting internet inquiries
• Determining each customer's vehicle needs by active listening
• Learning, understanding, and following call and email scripts
• Setting, confirming, and following up on appointments
• Performing surveys with customers
• Other duties as required
