About the Role
SALT Service Co. is seeking an experienced Residential Electrical Installer to join our growing team. This position is ideal for a licensed electrician who combines strong technical knowledge with outstanding customer service skills.

Responsibilities
Customer Service
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience on every service call.
- Listen carefully to customer concerns and clearly explain recommended solutions.
- Prepare accurate estimates and discuss pricing with confidence.
- Educate homeowners on safety improvements, energy-saving options, and electrical upgrades.
Electrical Service
- Perform residential electrical installations, repairs, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Diagnose electrical issues quickly and provide effective solutions.
- Ensure all work complies with local, state, and national electrical codes.
- Stay current on industry standards and new technologies.
Quality & Safety
- Complete every job with professionalism and attention to detail.
- Test and inspect completed work to ensure the highest quality.
- Maintain clean and organized work areas.
- Follow all company and safety procedures.
Problem Solving
- Analyze electrical issues and develop practical solutions.
- Adapt to changing priorities and emergency service requests.
- Manage time effectively while maintaining quality workmanship.

- Represent SALT professionally in appearance and attitude.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid Residential Wireman, Journeyman Electrician, or Master Electrician license
- 1+ year of experience working as an Electrical Apprentice.
- Strong knowledge of residential electrical systems
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (no major violations within the past three years)
- ServiceTitan experience preferred, but not required
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Sales experience and estimating knowledge are a plus
Schedule
- Monday through Friday
- Typical hours between 7:00 AM and 3:30 PM, or until daily assignments are completed
Compensation
- Performance-based pay plan
Sign-On Bonus
Residential Wireman, Journeyman, and Master Electricians
- $500 after 30 days
- $500 after 90 days
- $1,000 after 6 months
