Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Support the operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of power applications and related functions.
- Analyze the power application performance and identify issues to ensure reliable operation.
- Work with internal teams and customers to implement fixes, enhancements, and improvements.
- Create and maintain databases, displays, and related configurations.
- Tune power applications to improve performance, stability, and user experience.
- Provide technical support, documentation, and training when required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, Electromechanical, Control and Instrumentation, or/and Power Systems Engineering or a related field.
- Fresh graduates or up to 2 years of experience.
- knowledge of Power System domain, ideally within the renewable energy sector.
- Must commit to work full time during the traineeship.
The legal right to work in KSA without company sponsorship or time restriction.
Desired Characteristics
- Ability to register to the Saudi Engineering Council
- Must be based in Saudi Arabia and willing to travel if needed
- Strong understanding of power systems, distribution networks, and renewable energy technologies.
- Knowledge of computer science fundamentals such as object-oriented design, operating systems, algorithms, data structures, and complexity analysis
- Experience with at least one modern language such as Java, Python, C++, or C# including object-oriented design.
- Prior intern experience in software, electrical engineering, power systems or relevant area.
- Excellent team player whilst maintaining an independent perspective.
- A strong commitment to a career in technology and passion/aptitude for both software and electrical engineering.
- Strong analytical and technical skills with experience in software industry standards and development tools. Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to articulate clearly in English language
- Demonstrated creative problem solving and proactive learning.
