Job Description:

This position is responsible for handling package operations, including loading, unloading, receiving, scanning, sorting, stocking, and shipping parcels in a fast-paced warehouse environment. The role requires safe and accurate package handling, adherence to UPS operational and safety standards, and support for administrative tasks using computers. Employees must be flexible to work either AM or PM shifts and perform additional operational duties as assigned.

Responsibilities:

• Load and unload packages from trailers and delivery vehicles.
• Receive, scan, sort, and stock packages accurately.
• Follow UPS package handling procedures and safety standards.
• Support warehouse operations and administrative tasks.
• Ensure efficient, safe, and timely package processing.

Qualifications:

• Minimum Diploma 1 (D1) or equivalent.
• Ability to lift packages up to 32 kg (70 lbs).
• Willing to work flexible AM/PM shifts and up to 6 days per week.
• Basic Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Ability to read postal codes and communicate in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English.
• Warehouse or logistics experience is preferred.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
