Job Description

As a Security Officer Full Time Digital Check In in Los Angeles, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As a Front Desk Security Professional at a premier commercial real estate location, you will provide a welcoming presence while supporting access control, visitor management, and security-related communications. You will use computer or tablet systems to assist guests, issue badges, and report concerns, helping to maintain an organized environment. What You'll Do:

• Provide a professional and welcoming front desk presence for tenants, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel at a commercial real estate location.
• Deliver customer service by carrying out site-specific, security-related procedures, access-control policies, and visitor management activities.
• Monitor building access, verify visitor and contractor authorization, issue temporary credentials as directed, and maintain accurate entry records.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response procedures.
• Communicate professionally with building management, tenants, and Allied Universal leadership regarding security-related concerns, service requests, and unusual activity.

Minimum Requirements:

• Preferred to be able to lift up to 20 lbs.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
