Summary:
As a Packaged or Software as a Service Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or cloud-based applications to tailor features according to evolving business requirements. The role includes managing software releases, ensuring the stability and reliability of systems, and utilizing standard tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to deliver solutions that maintain compatibility and optimal performance. This position requires continuous collaboration with various stakeholders to align technical implementations with organizational goals while adapting to dynamic environments and maintaining system integrity.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become a subject matter expert.
- Required active participation and contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into effective application configurations.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure seamless operation of applications.
- Document configuration changes and maintain detailed records to support knowledge sharing and compliance.
- Assist junior team members by providing guidance and sharing best practices to foster professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Murex Connectivity 2.0.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Murex Back Office Workflows.
- Strong understanding of application integration techniques and middleware solutions.
- Experience working with APIs and low-code platforms to customize and extend packaged applications.
- Ability to analyze system logs and performance metrics to identify and resolve technical issues.
- Familiarity with software release management and version control processes.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Murex Connectivity 2.0.
- This position is based at our BDC7A - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
