Drive the commercial development of Dedalus’ Real-World Data and Life Sciences offering, with a particular focus on building relationships with pharmaceutical companies, research organisations, healthcare providers and strategic partners.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the commercial and go-to-market strategy for Real-World Data and Life Sciences solutions.

• Identify, acquire and develop key customers and strategic partners across the pharmaceutical, diagnostics, research and healthcare sectors.

• Lead complex B2B sales processes, including customer needs analysis, C-level presentations, proposal development, pricing and contract negotiations.

• Translate complex healthcare data and AI solutions into clear commercial value propositions and scalable customer use cases.

• Build and manage the commercial pipeline, sales forecasts, CRM activities and relevant performance indicators.

• Work closely with product, clinical, data and technical teams to develop solutions for areas such as clinical trial matching, cohort identification, patient identification and real-world evidence.

Qualifications and experience

• Extensive experience in business development, sales or commercial leadership within healthcare IT, digital health, health data, SaaS or life sciences.

• Proven track record in complex enterprise sales and the acquisition of senior-level customers and partners.

• Good understanding of healthcare provider environments and the pharmaceutical, diagnostics or clinical research ecosystem.

• Ability to explain and commercially position complex data, technology and AI-based solutions.

• Experience in go-to-market development, partnership management, pipeline steering, forecasting and CRM systems.

• Strong communication and negotiation skills in both German and English.

• Ability to work effectively in an international and cross-functional environment.

Desirable

• Experience with Real-World Data, clinical research platforms, trial matching, cohort building or AI-enabled healthcare solutions.

• Existing network within the pharmaceutical, healthcare-provider or healthcare-technology market.
