Our BCCI Team is hiring, located in Bangalore, the Biogen Capability Center India (BCCI) is a subsidiary of Biogen, a global biotech company focused on developing innovative therapies for the treatment of neurological and rare diseases.
The BCCI serves as the company’s IT development and L3 support center for its major business applications across the globe. Our BCCI team is responsible for providing support to Biogen's global operations, including developing, maintaining, and upgrading the company's software applications, platforms, and infrastructure.
BCCI plays a crucial role in supporting Biogen's global business operations by providing scalable and efficient IT solutions that help improve the company's quality, and agility.
It operates as an integral part of Biogen's global IT organization and works closely with its various business units to deliver technology solutions that address their unique challenges.
We are hiring a Veeva Vault Quality - Techno-Functional Consultant with a strong blend of Life Sciences domain expertise and Veeva Vault Quality knowledge.
Key Responsibilities include:
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from Documentation processes, Training Control processes and Quality Management (QMS) Processes
• Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring requirements are clearly understood and translated into solution specifications.
• Conduct fit-gap assessments and recommend industry best practices for the respective Vault solutions.
• Prepare and/or review project and validation deliverables, including URS, FS, DS, IQ/OQ, and Traceability Matrix.
• Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT), validation activities, and business adoption efforts.
• Support release planning, impact assessments, and change management activities.
• Provide business process expertise and guidance on platform capabilities.
Required Skills & Experience:
• Strong understanding of the relevant business processes such as QualityDocs, Training and QMS
• 3–8 years of experience in Life Sciences and relevant Veeva Vault Quality domain knowledge.
• Experience participating in Veeva Vault implementations, enhancements, validation, and UAT activities.
• Hands-on Veeva Vault configuration knowledge such as object models, lifecycles, workflows, security, notifications, and business rules
• Relevant Veeva Quality and Platform certifications would be an added advantage.
