Description
What You Can Expect:
- Develop and implement a global TA strategy aligned with business objectives, workforce plans and future growth requirements.
- Global owner and subject matter expert for Workday Recruiting, driving the continuous optimization, governance and enhancement of the system and related recruitment processes.
- Ensure global recruitment processes and practices comply with applicable legal, regulatory and data protection requirements, including relevant local and international employment and privacy regulations.
- Monitor, analyze and further develop global recruitment KPIs and metrics; prepare management reports and translate insights into actionable recommendations and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Identify opportunities to simplify, digitize and automate recruitment processes and lead relevant global TA projects and initiatives from concept through implementation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, ensure alignment with business needs and recruitment priorities.
- Monitor international recruitment trends, market developments and emerging technologies and translate relevant developments into innovative and practical TA solutions.
- Lead and develop the lean Group Talent Acquisition team.
What You Bring:
- 8+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment Programs, HR Systems (preferably Workday Recruiting), or Talent/People Strategy roles.
- Hands-on experience with Workday Recruiting, including process optimization, reporting, or system-related initiatives is good to have for this role.
- Proven experience designing and managing multiple recruitment programs simultaneously, including employee referrals, internal talent mobility and process optimization initiatives.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into insights, actions and measurable improvements.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to create structured, insight-driven analyses and presentations.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience working across global, matrixed environments.
- Demonstrated ability to drive change, standardization and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Fluency in English and German languages is mandatory.
- Comfortable working in a hybrid environment with different time zones.
