This Position reports to:
Global HR Business PartnerYour role and responsibilities:
In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop and implement people strategy through the execution of HR processes. Each day, you will provide HR support for a defined team within Finance and Accounting Operations (FAO) team in Bengaluru, by partnering with respective managers. You will also showcase your HR skills by representing HR in the business and establishing close relationships with all business leaders and employees.
The work model for the role is: Hybrid #LI-Hybrid
This role is contributing to the global FAO team based out in Bengaluru. Important main stakeholders are FAO leaders, team leaders, as well as the HR community in India, FAO and beyond.
You will be mainly accountable for:
Ensuring an effective overall HR contribution and value-add to the business in partnership with the functions.
Supporting the business and the execution of HR processes involved across the end-to-end employee lifecycle by determining and delivering the most effective approach in the area of responsibility and executing the HR priorities while adding value to the business.
Partnering with respective managers to develop and implement people strategies.
Facilitating change management initiatives and supporting behavior change & continuous improvement across the respective business area / area of responsibility.
Supporting and contribution of Global HR Projects
Qualifications for the role:
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
Minimum 5 years of experience in HR, especially from an multinational company, minimum 2 years’ experience as HRBP
Knowledge of the Labor Code and employment law and market practices in Shared service industry
Solid business acumen with a customer-focused mindset which will enable you to align HR strategies with organizational goals.
Deep understanding of employee relations, coaching methods, investigations, and labor practices. Demonstrated ability to build relationships and collaborate with people at various levels of the organization.
Ability to handle several tasks and prioritize in a demanding environment.
