Quality Technician

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to assist the Quality team in implementing and maintaining a quality system, including conducting audits, establishing controls, training on tools and methodologies. Each day, you will support activities related to quality management within the organizational unit. You will also showcase your expertise by reporting quality Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and customer cases and maintaining process documentation.

This role is contributing to the ELDS Quality team in SLP.

You will be mainly accountable for:

• Reporting quality issues data, ensuring adherence to quality management system at all stages.

• Acquiring and reporting quality metrics and KPIs accurately and in a timely manner to facilitate the analysis and management of local processes.

• Utilizing measurement systems to produce data that reflect the accurate characteristics of materials, products, systems, and processes.

• Training local operational teams on relevant elements of quality management, supporting implementation, and promoting opportunities for improvement.

Qualifications for the role:

• Technical or Bachelor´s Degree in engineering.

• 1+ years of experience working in similar positions.

• Knowledge of Microsoft office.

• Basic knowledge of the ISO 9001 standard.

• Experience in root cause analysis and process mapping.

• Basic EnglishProeficiency.

• Highly responsible professional with strong teamwork, time management, and effective communication skills.
