Corporate Functions, G&A | Phoenix, AZ | Onsite

We are seeking a Contract Senior Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruiting efforts across our Corporate Functions and General & Administrative (G&A) organizations. This role will be closely partnered with hiring leaders across functions such as Marketing, Finance/Accounting, Legal, Corporate Commercial roles, Communications, Strategy, and other business-critical teams to identify, attract, and hire world-class talent.
The ideal candidate is a consultative talent advisor with a strong track record of delivering exceptional hiring outcomes in fast-paced, high-growth environments. You are passionate about creating outstanding candidate experiences, influencing stakeholders, and driving recruiting strategies that support business goals with speed and quality.
You Will
- Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand hiring needs, organizational priorities, and workforce planning objectives.
- Develop and execute innovative sourcing and recruiting strategies to attract diverse, high-caliber talent across corporate and G&A functions.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including intake meetings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding support.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future business needs.
- Leverage networking, market intelligence, referrals, and recruiting tools to identify and engage passive and active candidates.
- Assess candidates against role requirements, competencies, and organizational values through structured interviews and evaluation processes.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring teams by providing talent market insights, compensation guidance, and recommendations that support informed hiring decisions.
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience that reflects Lucid's culture and employer brand.
- Collaborate closely with HR Business Partners, Compensation, Talent Acquisition peers, and business stakeholders throughout the hiring process.
- Ensure accurate candidate data management and compliance within the applicant tracking system.
- Analyze recruiting metrics and hiring trends to identify opportunities for continuous process improvement and operational excellence.
You Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
- 8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with significant experience supporting corporate and G&A functions.
- Proven success recruiting for positions across areas such as Marketing, Finance/Accounting, Legal, Corporate Commercial roles, Communications, and Strategy.
- Strong sourcing expertise and demonstrated ability to identify and engage passive talent for competitive or hard-to-fill roles.
- Experience partnering directly with senior leaders and executives on talent acquisition strategies.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong interview, assessment, and offer negotiation capabilities.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and modern sourcing technologies.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to leverage recruiting metrics and market insights to influence decisions.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment while managing multiple priorities and competing deadlines.
- Experience in high-growth technology, automotive, manufacturing, or consumer-facing organizations is a plus.
Preferred
- Experience with Greenhouse ATS and SAP
- Strong executive presence and consultative approach.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive results with minimal direction.
- Passion for delivering exceptional candidate and hiring manager experiences.

Hourly/non-exempt employees accrue up to 120 hours paid time off, and salaried/exempt employee accrue up to 160 hours paid time off.
