Description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Set up and break down of inventory at assigned bar/concession stand
  • Prepare garnishes/mixers for cocktails and polishes barware
  • Inventory assigned bar/concession stand before and after every event on inventory forms
  • Handles a cash register that accepts all forms of payment through the Clover point of sale system
  • Prepare and finalize appropriate inventory and sales closeout sheets
  • Ensure all health codes are followed
  • Work in conjunction with barbacks during event to keep bar fully stocked
  • Serves customers in accordance with Legend Global alcohol policy
  • Establishes and maintains positive client relationships
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Must be 21 years of age or older 
  • Knowledge of mixology
  • Attention to detail
  •  Good oral and written communication skills
  •  Basic working knowledge of bar operations
  •  Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Ability to adapt to changes in the work environment at a quick pace
  • Comfortable with Cash handling and following cash handling procedures
  • Comply with current health codes and alcohol compliance
  • Possess a current New Mexico Alcohol Beverage Control Server and Food Handlers Certificate
  • Must be able to pass a background check

Education and/or Experience:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Previous bartending experience preferred
