Client
- Own and ensure delivery of SLAs, KPIs, and client commitments.
- Act as primary point of contact for stakeholders across India and US.
- Oversee project execution, ensuring quality, accuracy, and timeliness.
- Drive client satisfaction through proactive communication and issue resolution.
- Develop and review reports, dashboards, and project metrics for stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices.
- Monitor quality trends and implement corrective and preventive actions.

- Manages and monitors all aspects of Employment Tax projects.
- Oversee data extraction, transformation, validation, and reconciliation processes.

Education and Experience:
- Master’s or bachelor’s degree in finance / commerce / accounting / business / technology.
- 11+ years of experience in U.S. Employment/Payroll Tax or related domain.
- Prior experience in team management and stakeholder handling is mandatory.
Computer Skills:
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft® Excel, Word, Access, and Outlook.
- Strong expertise in data analysis, reporting tools, and internet research.
Certificates and Licenses:
EA Certification will be a plus
Supervisory Responsibilities:
Directly supervises employees in the Employment Tax practice and carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the Firm’s policies and applicable laws.
Work Environment:
- Standard indoor working environment.
- Flexible to work in shifts aligned with US time zones.
- Requires collaboration with global teams (India and US).
- Ability to work extended hours during peak periods.
