Casino Main Banker- Various shifts

Position Overview

We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented, and customer-focused Main Banker to join our Cage Department. The Main Banker serves as a lead member of the Cage team and assumes supervisory responsibilities in the absence of the Cage Manager while continuing to perform the essential duties of a Cage Cashier.

This position is responsible for accurately handling and reconciling large sums of money, supporting daily Cage operations, providing exceptional guest service, and ensuring compliance with applicable gaming regulations and casino policies. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong leadership, sound judgment, excellent attention to detail, and professionalism in a fast-paced environment.

Schedule

• Must have open availability, including weekends and holidays
• Must be available to work a variety of shifts as business needs require

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the lead Cage team member and supervise Cage Cashiers in the absence of the Cage Manager
• Perform all essential duties of a Cage Cashier, including processing financial transactions
• Accurately receive, count, verify, distribute, and reconcile large sums of cash and other financial instruments
• Maintain accurate records and ensure all transactions are completed in accordance with established procedures
• Provide professional, friendly, and responsive service to guests
• Address and resolve guest concerns promptly and appropriately
• Support the training, coaching, and development of new Cage team members
• Promote a positive and professional work environment
• Ensure compliance with all applicable gaming regulations, internal controls, and casino policies and procedures
• Maintain strict confidentiality and security of financial information and transactions
• Exercise sound judgment when handling financial discrepancies, guest concerns, and operational issues
• Perform other duties as assigned to support Cage Department operations

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum of one year of cash-handling experience in a commercial banking, casino, or similar financial environment required
• Strong mathematical and cash-handling skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Demonstrated leadership ability and confidence in making operational decisions
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
• Ability to remain professional and focused in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work independently while effectively supporting a team
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive financial information
• Knowledge of casino operations and applicable gaming regulations preferred
• Previous supervisory or lead experience preferred
