Position Responsibilities:

- Answering phones
- Organizing paperwork in shop
- Ordering parts and inventory
- Maintaining work flow in shop
- Keeping customers updated on the status of their vehicles' repairs
- Coordinating transportation services
- Delivering a high level of customer service
- Following up with customer regarding their experience and soliciting reviews
