Favorite Daughter is the casually cool collection of wardrobe must-haves from sisters Sara and Erin Foster — the pieces peoplereach for again and again. Behind every perfectly stocked floor and every “yes, we have your size!” is a smooth-runningoperation. We’re looking for an Operations Supervisor to own that operation — leading the stock team, keeping the back ofhouse humming, and making sure the sales floor always has what it needs to shine.

You’re the backbone of the store. You’ll lead the stock team, set the standard for how shipments flow and how the stockroomruns, and be the person management counts on to keep operations tight. It’s hands-on and fast-paced, but it’s also a realleadership role — you’ll coach a team, own processes, and see the direct impact of your work every single day.
A Day in Your World
• Own the flow of merchandise — overseeing shipment receiving, unpacking, processing, and product placement• Keep the stockroom, storage, and shipping/receiving areas organized, efficient, and audit-ready• Manage inventory accuracy through counts, transfers, and RTVs, flagging discrepancies early• Partner with store leadership to make sure the sales floor is always stocked and set to brand standards• Back up the sales team by getting them product quickly and efficiently during peak times• Support opening and closing operations, including receiving logistics and back-of-house readiness• Uphold Loss Prevention and safety standards across all stockroom and operational processes• Greet and engage customers when on the sales floor, and model professionalism for the team

You Might Be Our Favorite If You Have
• 3+ years of stock, operations, or retail experience, with some supervisory or team-lead experience• Proven ability to lead, coach, and motivate a team• Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills• Excellent time management — you keep multiple priorities moving at once• Comfort with inventory systems, POS, and the basics of Microsoft Office• Availability to work a full retail schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays, plus early receiving shifts• The strength to lift and carry 50+ pounds• Competitive pay based on experience• An employee discount you’ll actually use, and a real path to grow with us• A team that feels like family
