What this role is all about
As a Product Solution Engineer, you will lead and support the implementation methodology for Humans, Inbox, Conversations, and related AgentOS capabilities across complex and strategically important customer environments. You will partner closely with Product Development, regional Solution Engineering, Customer Services, and business-facing teams to drive successful enterprise-grade implementations, including beta and early-release projects. This role combines deep technical expertise, customer-facing delivery, troubleshooting, product feedback, and enablement responsibilities, with a strong focus on scalable delivery excellence and operational maturity across regions. You will play an important role in shaping implementation standards, strengthening regional delivery capabilities, and influencing product evolution through direct exposure to customer challenges and market needs.
What you’ll do
Lead and support Humans, Inbox, and Conversations implementations for strategically important customers, from solution architecture and configuration through testing and production go-live, including beta and early-release projects
Configure and troubleshoot agent workflows, routing models, queues, conversations, communication channels, integrations, and AgentOS capabilities across complex customer environments
Work extensively with APIs, webhooks, authentication models, event flows, CRM and customer service integrations, while resolving cross-functional technical issues in collaboration with Product and Engineering teams
Develop and optimize implementation methodologies, troubleshooting frameworks, documentation, and reusable delivery assets to improve delivery consistency and scalability across regions
Collaborate closely with Product Development, Engineering, Sales, Solution Engineering, and Customer Services teams to provide customer-driven product feedback, support enablement initiatives, and strengthen regional implementation capabilities
Stay informed on contact center and CCaaS market trends, customer needs, and evolving enterprise use cases while continuously deepening expertise in Humans, Inbox, Conversations, AgentOS, and related technologies
What makes you a strong fit
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
3+ years of experience in SaaS solution implementation, technical consulting, solution engineering, enterprise delivery, or related customer-facing technical roles
Strong technical foundation with hands-on experience in APIs, integrations, authentication, webhooks, event-driven architectures, and troubleshooting
Understanding of contact center solutions, digital customer engagement platforms, agent workflows, and related operational processes
Experience working with complex customer architectures and translating business and technical requirements into scalable implementation solutions
Ability to navigate fast-paced environments and quickly adapt to evolving technologies and customer requirements
Strong problem-solving, organizational, and stakeholder communication skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Nice-to-have qualifications
Experience with CCaaS (Contact Center as a Service) platforms
Experience with customer service platforms, omnichannel communication solutions, CRM systems, or contact center integrations
Experience building implementation frameworks, enablement programs, technical documentation, or reusable delivery methodologies
Interest in customer engagement technologies, enterprise service operations, and emerging technology trends
