Job Responsibilities

Position Summary

The Director, Shared Services & Argentina HR Hub Leader is responsible for leading the Argentina Shared Services organization while serving as the senior HR leader for the Argentina HR Hub. Reporting to the Executive Director, Global People Operations & HR Shared Services, this role is a key member of the Global Service Delivery leadership team and plays an important role in advancing the organization’s global HR operating model.

The Director is accountable for delivering high-quality, efficient, and customer-focused HR services while driving operational excellence, continuous improvement, and capability development across the Argentina Shared Services organization. In partnership with Global Service Delivery leadership, this role will identify opportunities to expand the scope of services delivered from Argentina, strengthen organizational capabilities, and support the evolution of Argentina as a strategic global HR delivery hub.

In addition to operational leadership, the Director serves as the senior HR leader for the Argentina HR Hub, fostering collaboration across all HR functions located in Argentina and promoting a One HR culture that supports employee engagement, organizational effectiveness, and business alignment.

Key Responsibilities

Shared Services Leadership

  • Lead the day-to-day operations of the Argentina Shared Services organization, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, compliant, and customer-centric HR services.
  • Drive operational excellence through process standardization, continuous improvement, automation, and service optimization.
  • Establish performance metrics and governance processes to monitor service quality, productivity, customer experience, and operational effectiveness.
  • Partner with Global Service Delivery leadership to implement strategic initiatives that enhance the global HR operating model.
  • Identify opportunities to expand the scope of services delivered from Argentina and support successful transitions of new work into the hub.

Argentina HR Hub Leadership

  • Serve as the senior HR leader for the Argentina HR Hub, fostering collaboration and alignment across all HR functions located in Argentina.
  • Promote a One HR culture by strengthening communication, partnership, and knowledge sharing across Shared Services, Talent Acquisition, Benefits, HR Governance, HR Analytics, HR Business Operations, and other HR teams.
  • Represent the Argentina HR Hub in global HR forums and governance activities as appropriate.
  • Act as the primary liaison between Argentina-based HR teams and global HR leadership.

Strategic Growth & Capability Development

  • Partner with HR Capability Leaders to support workforce planning and capability-building initiatives that strengthen Argentina’s role within the Global Service Delivery model.
  • Develop strategies that enable sustainable growth of the Argentina hub while maintaining service quality and operational efficiency.
  • Support the transition and integration of new processes, services, and capabilities into the Argentina organization.
  • Foster collaboration across global delivery hubs to leverage best practices and create consistent service delivery.

People Leadership

  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team while fostering an inclusive and collaborative culture.
  • Build leadership capability, succession plans, and talent pipelines across the Shared Services organization.
  • Drive employee engagement, career development, and retention initiatives.
  • Promote continuous learning and cross-functional development opportunities.

Stakeholder Partnership & Transformation

  • Build strong partnerships with HR Centers of Excellence, HR Business Partners, Technology teams, and business leaders.
  • Lead transformation and continuous improvement initiatives that enhance service delivery and employee experience.
  • Influence stakeholders across a complex, matrixed organization to deliver business outcomes.
  • Serve as the escalation point for operational and service delivery issues impacting the Argentina Shared Services organization.

 

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 10-12 years of progressive HR leadership experience, including significant experience leading Shared Services or HR Operations.
  • Experience leading geographically dispersed or multi-country teams within a global organization.
  • Demonstrated experience driving operational excellence, process improvement, and organizational transformation.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.

Preferred

  • Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Experience supporting or leading global service delivery or shared services organizations.
  • Experience with HR technology, digital transformation, and continuous improvement methodologies.

Reports to: Executive Director, Global People Operations & HR Shared Services

Direct Reports: Managers and Team Leads within the Argentina Shared Services organization.
