Job Summary

Supervise, guide, and train personnel in the machinery maintenance department to follow the maintenance plan for the bottle forming machines in the glass bottle manufacturing plant (mechanical aspect), ensuring continuous production operations.

Job Description:

1. Plan, oversee, and manage the maintenance of bottle forming machines in the glass bottle manufacturing plant (mechanical aspect) in accordance with the maintenance schedule. 2. Prepare spare parts within the area of responsibility to prevent any impact on the production process. 3. Prepare the annual budget, control departmental expenses, and manage the issuance of spare parts. 4. Carry out activities related to various ISO systems, GHPs, HACCP, 5S, and KAIZEN. 5. Carry out safety and environmental activities, inspect for unsafe conditions and actions within the factory, take corrective actions, and report to supervisors. 6. Perform other related duties as assigned
