The role
As Integrated Planning Manager – ANZ, you’ll connect demand, supply, factory priorities and commercial plans to deliver strong service, inventory and business outcomes across Australia and New Zealand. This 12-month fixed-term role is ideal for an experienced supply chain planning leader who can bring clarity to complex trade-offs, lead Demand and Supply Planning teams, and partner cross-functionally to shape practical, commercially aligned plans in a fast-moving FMCG environment.
This role is predominately based in the CBD, but require weekly/fortnightly visits to the Minto Manufacturing Site.
This 12-month fixed-term opportunity STARTING NOVEMBER 2026 has been created to support business continuity while an existing team member undertakes a strategic project assignment.
What you'll be responsible for
Act as the Supply Chain lead within the CCBT, leading both the Demand Planning and Supply Planning teams.
Optimise factory efficiency while ensuring service and inventory levels are achieved.
Manage escalations from RP, MCP, EP and the E2E Planning Lead during periods of crisis.
Monitor and sign off inventory and distribution policy guidelines, targets and governance requirements.
Monitor and sign off business waste prevention actions across finished goods, raw materials and packaging.
Lead Supply Chain inputs into the S&OP process.
Work with RP and MCP to sign off volume forecasts, ensuring they align with financial forecasts, risks and opportunities, and executable gap closure activities.
Govern manual volume overrides, including innovation and major changes to top promotional groups, with clear ownership of total volume.
Lead the co-creation and delivery of KPI targets, including DR/DIFOT, cash and cost, by balancing strategic priorities across key stakeholders.
Take ownership for leading the resolution of supply crises and driving timely, practical solutions.
Build strong, collaborative relationships with SUDs, Regional Product Group, suppliers and CCBTs.
Lead performance management for the relevant portfolio through weekly and monthly KPI reviews.
Lead planning team resourcing and prioritisation across L1 and L2 activities, including continuous improvement initiatives, innovation and planning activity delivery against KPIs.
Support talent development and capability building within the L1 planning team.
Own portfolio management and segmentation across the relevant planning scope.
Ensure updated and agreed volume forecasts are submitted and aligned with financial forecasting requirements.
Collaborate cross-functionally to make informed trade-offs based on market priorities, including innovation, big bets and customer strategy.
Identify and communicate risks and opportunities throughout the business cycle.
Lead crisis management collaboration and make decisions on stock allocation, fast-track options and SKU prioritisation.
Represent Supply Chain in key forums including the Innovation Taskforce, Portfolio Review, sourcing discussions and WORR (Write Off Risk Report) process.
Manage inventory pre-builds, de-risking plans and sourcing decisions to minimise business waste.
Partner with Category and Sales teams to develop and execute waste liquidation plans.
We're looking for someone who
Has experience in factory, supply/demand planning (7-10 years) and can operate confidently in FMCG or similar industries
Brings strong skills in:
Stakeholder management - interface with & influence a range of internal stakeholders.
High computer literacy and expertise with computer-based ERP systems (preferably SAP)
Analytical / problem solving
Effective communication
People management (minimum 3- 5 years)
Thinks end-to-end and takes ownerships for results
Is comfortable working in a fast-moving, evolving organisation
Values collaboration, clarity and low-ego ways of working
Tertiary qualifications in Supply Chain or related discipline.
