Your profile

We are looking for an experienced Senior Frontend Engineer (Angular) to join our Buymie team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining web applications using Angular framework. You will work closely with our development team to design, implement, and test front-end solutions that meet our clients' needs and enhance user experience.

Job Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable and high-performance web applications using Angular, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Build modern Angular applications using standalone components, Angular Signals, dependency injection, routing, and reactive forms.
• Implement reactive and asynchronous application logic using RxJS and modern reactive programming patterns.
• Apply Angular performance optimization techniques, including lazy loading, code splitting, and optimized change detection strategies.
• Leverage Angular Signals and modern reactivity patterns to build efficient and maintainable applications.
• Develop and maintain internationalized (i18n) applications supporting multiple languages and locales.
• Build, maintain, and optimize applications using server-side rendering (SSR) to improve performance and user experience.
• Work with Angular Universal and modern Angular SSR architecture.
• Apply zoneless Angular and modern change detection approaches where appropriate to improve application performance.
• Integrate frontend applications with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and WebSocket-based services.
• Ensure applications follow best practices for frontend security, accessibility (a11y), responsive design, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Write clean, reusable, testable, and maintainable code following established frontend development standards.
• Use Git and modern development workflows within an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, Backend, QA, and other engineering teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, architecture decisions, and development planning.
• Investigate and resolve complex technical issues, performance bottlenecks, and application defects.
• Design scalable solutions and contribute to complex technical initiatives and frontend architecture improvements.
• Continuously evaluate and adopt modern Angular practices and technologies to improve development efficiency and application quality.

Your profile

Requirements 

• BS in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field;• 5+ years of experience with Angular (preferably with the latest versions);
• Strong understanding and experience of RXJS;
• Experience with TypeScript; strong knowledge of JavaScript principles;
• Solid understanding of browser working principles and security concerns;
• Understanding of REST principles and associated technologies;
• Experience with Angular Universal (Server-side rendering);
• Experience in responsive applications development;
• Working knowhow of Git;
• An active interest in staying up to date with new technology, new frameworks, new languages, and other developments;
• Fluent in English speaking, reading, and writing.
