About the Role:
You will be a member of a group designing system-on-chip (SoC) for non-volatile memory devices. You will be a part of the embedded software development team to validate the product from concept phase, prototyping phase to mass production phase. You will contribute to the SoC development as well as storage solution development, by writing software to exercise all the essential SoC components.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a BS or MS in Electronic Engineering Computer Science or related fields
- Experience in Rust or C/C++ for embedded or firmware-level development
- Familiar with Python for scripting and testing workflows
- Familiar with Digital circuit design, computer architecture, memory systems
Preferred Qualifications:
- PhD in System-on-chip, high-performance computing, memory or storage research
- In-depth knowledge on NVMe technology
- In-depth knowledge on PCIe technology
- In-depth knowledge on Nand technology
- Familiar with FPGA development flow
Internship Duration: 6 months
Hours: 40 hours per week

COMPENSATION: $35/hr - $45/hr
