  • Establish and enhance reporting processes that deliver timely, accurate, and actionable portfolio insights for executive stakeholders.

  • Drive accountability, transparency, and effective execution across the Workplace Investing technology portfolio.

  • Identify opportunities to improve portfolio processes through automation, analytics, streamlined workflows, and data-driven decision-making.

  • Support large, cross-functional programs by coordinating delivery updates, identifying dependencies, escalating risks, and ensuring alignment on strategic priorities.

Communication and Collaboration

  • Provide concise, executive-ready updates on portfolio status, accomplishments, risks, financial performance, and upcoming milestones.

  • Develop strategic portfolio communications and narratives that translate complex delivery information into meaningful business insights.

  • Create and maintain executive dashboards and reporting packages that support leadership decision-making.

  • Partner with program and delivery leaders to ensure accurate and timely reporting of portfolio performance.

  • Communicate portfolio priorities, delivery plans, roadmap adjustments, and strategic outcomes to leaders across the organization.

  • Facilitate alignment across multiple workstreams and stakeholder groups to drive successful delivery outcomes.

  • Support senior leadership by delivering forward-looking portfolio summaries, strategic recommendations, executive briefings, and reporting materials.
