Role
We are seeking a motivated, enthusiastic, and service-oriented Restaurant Service Attendant Intern to join Aman Tokyo. In this role, you will support the delivery of exceptional guest service by assisting with food and beverage service, preparing dining areas, maintaining cleanliness, and supporting daily restaurant operations. This internship provides valuable hands-on experience in hospitality, customer service, and restaurant operations.
Responsibilities
• Assist the Food and Beverage team in delivering exceptional service to
guests.
• Support the set-up, operation, and closing of outlets.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and organization
throughout all service areas.
• Gain comprehensive knowledge of food and beverage offerings, including
ingredients, allergens, and service standards.
• Assist in the preparation, polishing, and replenishment of tableware,
glassware, and service equipment.
• Work closely with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth and efficient
operations.
• Observe and learn guest service techniques to enhance hospitality skills and
service excellence.
• Participate actively in team briefings, training sessions, and operational
meetings.
• Develop practical experience in luxury hospitality and international service
standards.
• Follow all company policies and procedures related to health, safety, hygiene,
and guest service.
Requirements
・Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program such as Hospitality, Business
or Tourism.
・Fluency in English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
・Flexible to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
・Professional appearance, punctuality, and a positive attitude.
・Strong willingness to learn and develop professionally.
・Ability to adapt to new environments and work collaboratively in a team.
・Must be legally eligible to undertake an internship in Japan.

regulations, and Company policies.
