WHAT YOU'LL ACTUALLY BE DOING:
- Accurately picking products using an RF Scanner, ensuring order accuracy.
- Reading customer orders and retrieving items from warehouse racks using barcodes and serial numbers.
- Updating inventory in ERP system after each item is picked.
- Delivering product using pickup truck and trailer
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment for all stakeholders.
- Operating heavy equipment including hand trucks, pallet jacks, forklifts, etc.
OUR MUST HAVES:
- High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year of warehouse experience
- Customer service focus with strong communication skills.
- Dependable attendance and reliability.
- Ability to multitask and pay attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
- Motivated to learn and grow within the role.
- Stamina to stand and walk throughout the shift.
- Computer proficiency.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and occasionally more with or without accommodation.
- Physical ability to perform various warehouse tasks including bending, stooping, kneeling, etc.
- Comfortable working in a non-climate controlled warehouse environment.
- Pre-employment drug screen and background check required.
