Description
Install Trainee
Gaskets-N-More is looking for the right person to join our team as an Install Trainee.
This is a hands-on, entry-level position that we train for. We are looking for someone dependable, punctual, hardworking, and interested in long-term employment with an established Nevada company.
Gaskets-N-More has proudly serviced the state of Nevada since 1999. For more than 25 years, we have built our reputation on outstanding customer service, honesty, and quality workmanship.
Job Responsibilities:
The Install Trainee will receive on-the-job training and assist with the installation of:
- Gaskets.
- Trim and retainers.
- Hinges.
- Latches.
- Doors.
- Curtains.
- Cutting boards.
- Other related commercial equipment and components.
Our customers include schools, airports, major casinos, convenience stores, and other commercial facilities throughout Nevada.
All employees will operate company-provided vehicles while performing work-related duties. The company will also provide the tools necessary to perform the daily work.
Schedule:
- Monday–Friday.
- 6:30 AM–3:00 PM.
- Overtime will be available from time to time.
We are looking for someone who wants long-term, steady employment and takes pride in showing up on time, working hard, learning new skills, and providing quality service to our customers.
Requirements:
- Must be 21 years of age or older for company vehicle insurance purposes.
- Must have a valid driver's license.
- Must have a clean driving record and be able to safely operate company vehicles.
- A 3-year DMV driving record will be required if hired.
- Must be dependable and punctual.
- Must be willing and able to learn new skills.
- Must be able to work Monday through Friday, 6:30 AM–3:00 PM.
- Due to the requirements of our customer locations and company policies, applicants with felony convictions cannot be employed by our company.

After completing the applicable waiting or probationary periods, employees are eligible for:
