What You'll Be Doing

  • Lead and coordinate Canadian GPO, RFP, RFQ, tender, and strategic contract opportunities across acute, non-acute, long-term care, healthcare facilities and distributor led channels.
  • Maintain visibility to upcoming bid opportunities, contract renewals, award timelines, risks, and growth opportunities.
  • Manage end-to-end RFP response planning, including timelines, requirements, stakeholder inputs, approvals, and submission readiness.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to gather accurate product, pricing, legal, regulatory, supply chain, and commercial information.
  • Develop financial business cases and pricing recommendations that balance competitiveness, profitability, compliance, and long-term account strategy.
  • Support leadership reviews by clearly presenting pricing scenarios, revenue impact, margin implications, assumptions, risks, and recommendations.
  • Communicate award outcomes and translate wins into clear execution plans, including pricing setup, customer, or distributor communication, product availability, and compliance requirements.
  • Track post-award obligations and work with internal partners to ensure awarded pricing, products, eligibility, and customer access are implemented accurately.
  • Conduct win/loss reviews and apply lessons learned to improve future bids, tools, templates, trackers, and operating processes.
