Aerospace Sales & Account Management
We are looking for an experienced and motivated individual to step into a key sales and account management role supporting our aerospace customers.
This position will manage customer relationships and RFQs from start to finish — including reviewing drawings and requirements, preparing quotes, managing orders, coordinating with internal departments, and maintaining proactive customer communication.

We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, dependable, technically curious, organized, and adaptable — someone who can shift gears when priorities change, keep existing commitments on track, and dig into a problem to find the right answer rather than making assumptions.
Key Functions & Responsibilities
- Serve as the point of contact for assigned aerospace customers and manage accounts from initial RFQ through order completion and delivery.
- Review RFQs, drawings, specifications, CAD files, purchase orders, and supporting documentation to identify requirements, discrepancies, or areas requiring clarification.
- Prepare accurate and competitive quotes considering material, manufacturing processes, outside services, lead times, utilization, and profitability.
- Review incoming purchase orders against quoted terms and accurately enter and maintain quotes, orders, customer parts, and related information within the ERP system.
- Coordinate closely with Purchasing, Production, CAD, Quality, and Shipping to communicate requirements, resolve questions, and keep orders progressing.
- Monitor open orders and proactively address potential material, scheduling, processing, or quality issues that could impact customer commitments.
- Maintain proactive customer communication regarding quotes, orders, technical questions, schedules, changes, and potential issues.
- Manage competing priorities with a high level of accuracy, organization, urgency, and follow-through, escalating technical, quality, scheduling, or commercial concerns when appropriate.
Salary Range - $36.00 to $42.00 plus quarterly incentives
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have:
- Strong knowledge of metals, material grades/specifications, and our processing capabilities
- Possess a working understanding of applicable aerospace requirements, including material certifications, FAI, special processing, inspection requirements, and customer-specific quality requirements, coordinating with Quality as needed
- Ability to review customer drawings and technical requirements, identify key information or areas needing clarification, and work with the appropriate resources to ensure requirements are correctly understood
- Experience with quoting and understanding costs associated with material, processing, outside services, and lead times
- Strong attention to detail, particularly with part numbers, revisions, quantities, specifications, and customer requirements
- Excellent organization, prioritization, and follow-through
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple RFQs, orders, deadlines, and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Confidence working directly with customers and collaborating with Production, Purchasing, CAD, Quality, and other internal departments
- Good judgment, technical curiosity, and a willingness to ask questions and seek out the right resources rather than making assumptions
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a strong sense of ownership and urgency
