What You'll Do
As a CNA, you will provide hands-on care while helping residents maintain their comfort, dignity, safety, and independence.
Your responsibilities will include:
Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, and meals
Provide compassionate, respectful, and attentive resident care
Follow individualized care plans and assigned nursing procedures under the direction of licensed nursing staff
Observe and report changes in residents' condition to the appropriate nursing team member
Accurately document care and services provided
Help maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment
Build positive relationships with residents, families, and coworkers
Work collaboratively with the nursing team to provide high-quality resident care
Qualifications
Current, active California Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
Ability to work a consistent full-time 4/2 rotation
Availability for PM or NOC shifts
Reliable, compassionate, and dependable
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Genuine interest in caring for seniors and supporting their quality of life
