These individuals analyse client needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilisation of business applications, enabling clients to achieve their strategic objectives.As a Workday consulting generalist at PwC, you will focus on providing a broad range of consulting services across various Workday applications. You will provide consulting services to clients, analysing their needs, implementing software solutions, and offering training and support for effective utilisation of Workday applications. Your versatile knowledge will allow you to assist clients in optimising operational efficiency and achieving their strategic objectives.

Qualifications /
Certifications required:
Finance background: Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business.
ERP knowledge: Solid understanding of finance ERP business processes.
Analytical skills: Ability to analyze finance requirements and support solution design.
Communication skills: Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills to work with stakeholders and delivery teams.
Experience required:
ERP implementation support: Experience contributing to ERP implementations.
Finance operations: Exposure to core finance processes such as general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and reporting.
Solution delivery support: Hands-on involvement in supporting design, testing, and deployment of finance solutions.
Collaboration: Experience working within project teams and supporting cross-border delivery.
Responsibilities of role:
As a Workday Finance Functional Consultant, you will be responsible for configuring and implementing Workday Financials modules such as Record-to-Report and Procure-to-Pay, ensuring solutions align with client requirements and industry best practices. You will collaborate with stakeholders to analyze business needs, design optimized financial processes, and manage end-to-end implementation activities including design, build, testing, and deployment. The role involves conducting unit and integration testing to ensure accuracy and compliance, preparing detailed documentation, and delivering user training. Post-implementation, you will provide ongoing support, troubleshoot issues, and maintain system stability. Additionally, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, manage multiple priorities, and contribute to successful project delivery within agreed timelines.
Desirable skill sets include:
Leading and contributing to our client facing Workday projects, taking full responsibility for one or more functional areas, from design through to deployment, as part a project team
Ability to understand E2E Finance business processes and gather data requirements to support the data migration process flows.
Good communication and presentation skills.
