Contexte et objectif du stage
Composante d’apprentissage du stage
- comprendre les standards de communication et de marque du PAM et apprendre à les appliquer dans des supports simples ;
- renforcer ses compétences pratiques dans l’utilisation de Canva et, le cas échéant, d’autres outils de design graphique ;
- apprendre à préparer des supports visuels clairs pour des activités RH telles que le recrutement, l’intégration, l’apprentissage et l’engagement du personnel ;
- développer des compétences de base en mise en page, présentation, organisation visuelle de l’information et communication professionnelle ;
- travailler sous supervision, recevoir du feedback et améliorer progressivement la qualité des livrables produits ;
- acquérir une première expérience professionnelle dans un environnement international, multiculturel et orienté vers le service.
Responsabilités
1. Appui au design graphique et aux supports visuels
- Aider à la conception de supports visuels simples tels que posters, flyers, bannières, certificats, annonces internes et visuels pour campagnes RH.
- Appuyer l’adaptation de modèles existants en respectant les orientations et standards de marque du PAM.
- Préparer des visuels simples à l’aide de Canva et/ou d’autres outils de design approuvés, sous la supervision de l’équipe.
- Aider à la mise en page de présentations PowerPoint, notes, tableaux, fiches d’information et autres supports utilisés par l’Unité RH.
- Proposer des idées simples d’amélioration visuelle, tout en intégrant les orientations et commentaires reçus.
2. Appui à la communication interne RH
- Appuyer la préparation de messages courts, annonces et supports liés aux activités RH.
- Contribuer à la préparation de supports pour les activités de recrutement, d’intégration, d’apprentissage et d’engagement du personnel.
- Aider à assurer une présentation claire, cohérente et professionnelle des documents RH.
- Relire les supports préparés afin de vérifier la cohérence visuelle, l’orthographe de base et la clarté de la mise en forme.
3. Appui administratif et organisationnel lié aux activités RH
- Aider à la préparation des supports visuels nécessaires aux réunions, ateliers, formations, campagnes et autres activités RH.
- Appuyer l’organisation de fichiers, modèles, photos et supports de communication utilisés par l’Unité RH.
- Contribuer, lorsque requis, à la collecte et au classement de contenus visuels produits lors des activités RH.
- Effectuer toute autre tâche simple et liée au stage, confiée par le/la superviseur(e), dans une logique d’apprentissage.
Livrables attendus à la fin du stage
- Supports visuels simples préparés avec un niveau de qualité satisfaisant et conformément aux orientations reçues.
- Présentations, affiches, annonces ou documents RH mis en forme de manière claire et professionnelle.
- Appui fourni aux activités de communication, de recrutement, d’intégration, d’apprentissage ou d’engagement du personnel.
- Amélioration progressive des compétences du/de la stagiaire grâce à l’encadrement, au feedback et à la pratique.
