Description
Auto Body Assembly Technician
Revology Cars is hiring Auto Body Assembly Technicians to build reproduction 1960s Mustang and Shelby GT automobiles at our facility in Orlando, Florida.
In this role, you will install and assemble body panels and trim, adjust panel gaps, windows, and seals, and diagnose fitment issues, squeaks, rattles, and wind noise. Successful technicians take pride in quality, work productively, and look for ways to improve.
PAY AND BENEFITS

$22–$34 per hour, depending on skills and experience.

Stable hourly pay; this is not a flat rate position.

Monday through Friday, 6:15 a.m. to 2:45 p.m.

ABOUT THE JOB

Install and align doors, fenders, hoods, fascias, bumpers, windows, trim, moldings, and other components.

Adjust windows and doors to meet gap specifications, prevent wind noise, and ensure watertight seals.

Install automotive interiors.

Install NVH materials, electrical harnesses and components, glass and window mechanisms, exterior trim, HVAC systems, fuel lines, and fuel tanks.

Perform electrical and water leak quality checks.

Identify and resolve squeaks, rattles, wind noise, and fitment issues.

Work efficiently and carefully while handling a variety of assembly tasks. As your skills grow, opportunities to take on other work may become available.
REQUIREMENTS
-
Experience in automotive manufacturing, repair, restoration, or assembly.

High school diploma or GED.

Technical or vocational training in auto body or refinishing preferred.

Ability to learn and follow safety rules and procedures.

Manual dexterity to handle tools, parts, and materials accurately.

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, spend much of the workday standing or walking, and work in restricted spaces. Tasks may require reaching, twisting, bending, and maneuvering around vehicles or components.

Ability to work as part of a team, help coworkers, maintain a safe and respectful workplace, and follow instructions from leadership.

Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications and the ability or willingness to learn to use an iPad.
