What will you contribute?
As a Sales Operations Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting the sales organization by ensuring operational excellence, maintaining CRM data integrity, and delivering actionable business insights. You will collaborate closely with sales teams and cross-functional stakeholders to optimize processes, support deal execution, and drive data-driven decision-making.

Responsibilities & Deliverables
As a Sales Operations Analyst, you will:
- Provide operational support to the sales organization by resolving requests and inquiries submitted through the Sales Operations Support Services queue.
- Support Executive Deal Desk activities, including documenting discussions, tracking action items, and ensuring CRM records are accurately maintained.
- Partner with stakeholders to develop reports, dashboards, and analyses that support business priorities and sales performance monitoring.
- Gather business requirements and recommend effective solutions to address operational challenges and process gaps.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of sales processes, systems, and best practices.
- Deliver guidance and training to regional sales teams on Salesforce and pricing-related processes.
- Support CRM enhancement initiatives by documenting business requirements, test scenarios, and user acceptance testing activities.
- Assist with testing and validation of system changes prior to production deployment.
- Help ensure high standards of data quality, reporting accuracy, and operational efficiency across the sales organization.
- Leverage AI to enhance productivity, streamline routine tasks, validate outputs against trusted sources, and translate AI-generated insights into informed business decisions.
Required Experience
- Bachelor's degree.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into recommendations.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong presentation skills using PowerPoint.
- Working knowledge of CRM platforms, with Salesforce experience considered an advantage.
- Understanding of sales processes, pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting practices is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
