About the Role

As a Senior Manager, Business Operations within the Digital One business, you will lead strategic client, vendor, and partner relationships while driving operational excellence across the organization. You will influence senior stakeholders, negotiate complex agreements, and align cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives. This role combines external partnership management with operational leadership, focusing on growth, performance optimization, risk management, and scalable execution.

What You Will Be Doing

• Lead and grow strategic relationships with clients, vendors, and third-party partners to drive business value and long-term growth.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders, executive sponsors, and internal business leaders.
• Negotiate contracts, service agreements, and commercial terms to achieve favorable operational and financial outcomes.
• Resolve complex issues and lead escalations while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.
• Oversee vendor governance, performance management, and service delivery against established commitments and expectations.
• Develop and execute operational strategies that improve scalability, efficiency, risk management, and business performance.
• Establish performance metrics, reporting frameworks, and governance processes to measure operational and partnership success.
• Collaborate with product, technology, finance, legal, procurement, risk, and client-facing teams to align priorities and execution.
• Drive process improvement initiatives through data-driven decision-making and operational best practices.
• Lead, coach, and develop high-performing teams through growth, transformation, and change initiatives.
• Present strategic recommendations, operational insights, and business performance results to executive leadership.
• Identify and mitigate operational, financial, and partnership risks to support business continuity and successful outcomes.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and relevant experience.
• Experience leading business operations, strategic partnerships, vendor management, or enterprise initiatives.
• Demonstrated success managing executive-level client and stakeholder relationships.
• Strong contract negotiation, commercial management, and service-level agreement experience.
• Proven ability to influence senior leaders, navigate complex stakeholder environments, and resolve challenging situations.
• Expertise in operational excellence, process optimization, governance, and performance management.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data, KPIs, and business metrics to drive decisions.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, relationship management, and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities across internal operations and external partnerships.
• Experience leading, coaching, and developing high-performing teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience within digital banking, financial services, fintech, SaaS, or technology-enabled business environments.
• Knowledge of vendor governance, procurement, contract management, and third-party risk management practices.
• Experience leading executive business reviews, client success programs, and partnership growth initiatives.
• Proficiency with business intelligence, operational reporting, workflow management, and performance measurement tools.

FIS is committed to providing its employees with an exciting career opportunity and competitive compensation. The pay range for this full-time position is $125,850.00 - $213,950.00 and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Any changes in work location will also impact actual individual starting pay. Please consult with your recruiter about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
