Your work may include:

• Speech, language and cognitive-communication evaluations and treatment
• Dysphagia and swallowing assessment and intervention
• Development of individualized, functional treatment plans
• Patient, family and caregiver education
• Collaboration with PT, OT, nursing and other members of the interdisciplinary team
• Documentation of evaluations, treatments, progress and discharge recommendations

What We’re Looking For

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current Pennsylvania Speech-Language Pathologist license or eligibility for licensure
• CCC-SLP preferred
• Experience with adult/geriatric populations, skilled nursing, dysphagia or cognitive-communication treatment is a plus
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Collaborative, patient-first approach to care
